Pay rate: €100,000 - 120,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Development Manager to join our team in Netherlands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and project management, with a proven track record of successfully leading development teams to deliver high-quality software products on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of software developers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and create development plans
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and budget constraints
  • Identify and address technical issues and risks to ensure project success
  • Ensure team members are trained and equipped to meet project requirements

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development and project management
  • Proven track record of successfully leading development teams to deliver high-quality software products
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment
