Pay Rate: $250,000 per annum

Job Description:

The Director of Construction will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. They will work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The Director of Construction will also be responsible for developing and implementing construction strategies and best practices to optimize project outcomes.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and implement construction strategies
  • Experience working with project management software
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Professional certifications in construction management (e.g. PMP, CCM) a plus
