Overview
We are seeking a skilled Information Management Specialist / Document Controller to support the WTG Offshore Foundation package for a major offshore wind project. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient flow, quality, and integrity of large volumes of contractor documentation.
You will be responsible for delivering fast, accurate, and structured document management support. When capacity allows, you may also contribute to information management activities across other packages, including OSS and Offshore HV Cables.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and process high volumes of contractor documentation for the WTG Offshore Foundation package.
Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant documentation handling in alignment with project requirements.
Maintain organized document structures and metadata within Aconex and DORECO.
Support information management tasks across other project packages when needed (e.g., OSS, Offshore HV Cables).
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external contractors to maintain a smooth and efficient documentation workflow.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as an Information Management Specialist or Document Controller, preferably within large construction or EPC projects.
Strong working knowledge of Aconex and DORECO.
Solid understanding of documentation processes within complex infrastructure or construction environments.
Ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with offshore wind, energy, or heavy construction projects.
Polish language skills (advantage, not a requirement).
