  • The Lead Commercial Manager will be responsible for overseeing all commercial aspects of projects for Hyperscale Data Centres in the South East of UK. This role involves managing budgets, negotiating contracts, and ensuring profitability.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial management
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, and experience of a fast paced environment
  • Knowledge of construction industry regulations and standards, with Data Centre Experience useful.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting
  • Relevant degree in business, finance, or a related field
