Job Description:

As a Lead Customer ITR Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of customer IT requirements. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions to meet those needs. Additionally, you will lead a team of engineers to ensure successful implementation and maintenance of IT systems.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT engineering
  • Strong technical knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
  • Experience working with customers to understand their IT requirements
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in project management and implementation
