Job Description:

As a Manufacturing Engineer IV, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process and ensuring efficiency and quality in production. You will work closely with the production team to optimize processes and improve overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes that are cost-effective and meet quality standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Lean manufacturing principles
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
