Job Description:

As a Project Manager with a focus on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in Atlanta, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of MEP projects. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Your role will involve managing all aspects of MEP projects, from initial concept through to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of MEP projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
• Ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on MEP systems
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in project management software
