Job Description:

As a Principal Controls Engineer specializing in Data Centres, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of control systems within data centre facilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficiency and reliability of these critical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing control systems for data centre facilities
  • Developing and maintaining control strategies to optimize performance
  • Collaborating with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of control systems
  • Providing technical expertise and support for troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Staying current on industry trends and best practices in control engineering

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in control systems engineering
  • Strong knowledge of PLC programming and SCADA systems
  • Experience working in data centre environments is highly desirable
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
