Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Scheduler to join our team in Charlotte. The ideal candidate will have experience in the renewable energy sector and possess strong organizational and analytical skills. As a Principal Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, monitoring progress, and identifying potential risks and opportunities for optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules for renewable energy projects
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and opportunities for optimization
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure schedules are accurate and up-to-date
  • Provide regular updates on project schedules to stakeholders
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance scheduling efficiency

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably in the renewable energy sector
  • Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
