Pay Rate: $80 per hour

Job Description:

As a Principal Scheduler, you will be responsible for overseeing the scheduling and coordination of projects within the organization. You will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules
  • Coordinate with project managers to identify project milestones and deadlines
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues
  • Communicate schedule updates and changes to stakeholders
  • Provide recommendations for schedule adjustments to meet project goals
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure project tasks are completed on time
  • Prepare reports and analysis on project schedules

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in project scheduling or related field
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in project management or related field
  • Certification in project management (e.g. PMP) is a plus
