Job Description:

As a Probabilistic Safety Analysis Engineer III, you will be responsible for conducting complex probabilistic safety analyses to ensure the safe operation of nuclear facilities. You will work closely with a team of engineers and scientists to assess risks and develop strategies for mitigating potential hazards. Additionally, you will provide technical expertise and guidance to support decision-making processes related to safety and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform probabilistic safety analyses for nuclear facilities
  • Develop risk assessment methodologies and models
  • Identify potential safety hazards and recommend solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement safety measures
  • Provide technical support for regulatory compliance and licensing activities

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in probabilistic safety analysis
  • Strong knowledge of nuclear safety regulations and standards
  • Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
