Job Description:

As a Product Manager in the renewable energy sector, you will be responsible for developing and managing innovative products that contribute to the advancement of sustainable energy solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, drive product development, and ensure successful product launches in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to drive product strategy and roadmap.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
  • Define product requirements, features, and functionality based on customer feedback and market insights.
  • Manage product launches, including go-to-market strategies, pricing, and positioning.
  • Track and analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize product success.
  • Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in renewable energy.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the renewable energy industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and launching innovative products in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for sustainability and renewable energy, with a deep understanding of industry trends and technologies.
