Job Description:

The Project Coordinator IV will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of project management activities. This role will involve working closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate project activities and resources
  • Track project progress and report on status to stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in project coordination or management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in project management software
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
