We are seeking a highly capable Project Manager to lead key data infrastructure projects in Northern Virginia and surrounding regions. This is a ground-floor opportunity, with multiple projects at the startup phase, offering strong visibility and long-term growth potential.
The ideal candidate will have a strong general contracting (GC) background, with the ability to interface confidently with site teams, clients, and finance stakeholders. This is a field-facing role that requires both project leadership and a steady, professional demeanor on-site. working on projects min over $100million in value.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle for related infrastructure builds (1–1.5 years typical project duration).
Serve as the key liaison between clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
Maintain tight control of budget, schedule, and quality, ensuring timely project delivery.
Conduct site visits, facilitate field coordination, and support issue resolution on the ground.
Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and cost control throughout each phase.
Implement project controls, track performance, and prepare detailed progress reports.
Preferred Experience
5–10+ years of experience in construction project management, ideally within mission-critical data center/infrastructure environments.
Previous experience working for a general contractor is strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of field operations, budgeting, and team coordination.
Ability to work independently, lead cross-functional teams, and drive project success.
Compensation
Base salary: $110,000–$125,000
Commission/Bonus: Uncapped, based on project profitability
Vehicle allowance: $9500 annual
