Project Manager

Role Summary:


Responsible for end-to-end coordination, execution, and delivery of two critical marine asset scopes:

Refit of the Temporary Storage Tanker (TST) – to ensure readiness for deployment and compliance with operational, class, and safety requirements.

Rectification of FSO – to manage defect closure, interfacing with Class, OEMs, contractors, and internal stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:


Monitor contractor’s performance against contract scope, schedule, budget, and quality; manage commercial deliverables including insurances, variations, and milestone verification.

Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams including marine, engineering, QA/QC, and HSE.

Oversee contractor performance, yard activities (if applicable), and interface with technical authorities.

Ensure compliance with class, flag state, and client expectations.

Prepare and present project status updates, progress reports, and escalation as required.

Oversee engineering and deliverable reviews, including mooring/riser analysis, method statements, ABS submissions, and commissioning readiness documentation.

Coordinate shutdown windows, SIMOPS, and marine operations interface with client and field operations.

Ensure HSE compliance throughout shipyard works and offshore phases, including PSSR, ERP, toolbox protocols, and incident response.

Facilitate training and operational readiness for company's O&M crew and oversee documentation handover and start-up acceptance.


Qualifications:


10+ years of project management experience in offshore oil & gas or marine asset lifecycle.

Strong familiarity with FPSO/FSO operations, refit campaigns, and regulatory requirements.

Proven track record managing shipyard or offshore modification projects under tight schedules.
