Job Description:

As a Project Manager II - Nuclear, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of nuclear projects in Charlotte. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget
  • Coordinate project activities and resources
  • Monitor project progress and report on status to stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Ensure compliance with nuclear safety regulations
  • Lead project teams and facilitate communication between team members

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the nuclear industry
  • Strong knowledge of nuclear safety regulations and best practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
