Job Description:

As a Project Scheduler II, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing project schedules to ensure timely completion of deliverables. You will work closely with project managers and team members to develop, monitor, and update project schedules, as well as identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules using scheduling software
  • Collaborate with project managers and team members to identify project milestones and deliverables
  • Monitor project progress and update schedules as needed
  • Identify and address potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines
  • Communicate schedule updates and changes to project stakeholders

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project scheduling or project management
  • Proficiency in scheduling software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
