Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join our team in Fairfield, United States. As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement quality control processes and procedures, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
  • Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Analyze data and identify trends to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
  • Provide technical expertise and support to ensure product quality and reliability

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality engineering
  • Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
  • Experience with data analysis and statistical tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
