Job Description:

As a Real Estate Manager - Retainer Part 1, you will act as a senior recruitment consultant in the real estate industry. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing various real estate projects and transactions, as well as providing expert advice and guidance to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement real estate strategies to meet client objectives
  • Manage and oversee real estate projects from inception to completion
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on real estate matters
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities
  • Negotiate and finalize real estate transactions on behalf of clients

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate management
  • Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of successfully managing real estate projects
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
