Reliability Engineer III

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reliability Engineer III to join our team in Lake Mary. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our products and systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential issues, implement preventative measures, and continuously improve our processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing reliability plans and strategies
  • Conducting risk assessments and reliability analyses
  • Leading root cause analysis investigations
  • Collaborating with design and manufacturing teams to improve product reliability
  • Participating in design reviews and testing activities
  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers

Required skills and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in reliability engineering
  • Strong knowledge of reliability testing methods and tools
  • Experience with failure mode effects analysis (FMEA) and fault tree analysis
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
