Business Development Manager, Data Center Solutions

Our client is a full-stack infrastructure solutions provider serving hyperscale data centre operators. They deliver end-to-end support across data centre buildout, AI server provisioning, HVDC power systems, liquid cooling, and AI cloud infrastructure. They work with some of the largest data centre builders in the market today.

The Role

You will drive new business growth across the client's data centre solutions portfolio. Your focus will be on identifying market opportunities, building client relationships, and winning large-scale projects, with a particular emphasis on critical power and cooling systems.

What You Will Do

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to hit revenue targets
  • Build and maintain a strong, active pipeline

Client Engagement

  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers
  • Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for clients

Solution Selling and Proposals

  • Work with technical teams to develop and deliver proposals
  • Position power and cooling solutions to meet client requirements

Market Intelligence

  • Track industry trends, competitor activity, and market shifts
  • Feed insights back into commercial and product strategy

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with internal teams to support project execution from win to delivery

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years in business development or sales within the data centre industry
  • Proven track record in winning and managing large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Experience in the colocation sector is a strong advantage
  • Technical understanding of data centre infrastructure, critical power, and cooling systems
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
