Our client is a global technology company with an established presence across the Asia-Pacific region. They are looking for a Sales Operations professional to support their Greater China sales organisation.


The Role

You will own sales reporting, pipeline governance, and end-to-end sales administration for the China market. You will work directly with the General Manager and act as the operational backbone of the regional sales team.


What You Will Do


Sales Reporting and Pipeline Management

  • Own daily, weekly, and monthly sales reporting, forecasting, and KPI tracking for China
  • Manage and maintain the sales pipeline in Salesforce, including data integrity, deal staging, and leadership visibility
  • Analyse pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and support revenue forecasting
  • Prepare business review decks and ad-hoc data analysis for the GM and corporate stakeholders


Sales Administration and Operational Support

  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, travel, expenses, and reimbursements for the sales team
  • Support market events, customer visits, and cross-functional logistics
  • Assist with contract support, order coordination, and sales process compliance
  • Support onboarding and administrative enablement for new team members


Collaboration and Communication

  • Serve as the operational link between the China team and global functions including finance, legal, marketing, and operations
  • Manage internal and external meetings across platforms including Google Meet, Zoom, WeChat, Lark, and DingTalk
  • Maintain organised documentation, filing, and process adherence across sales operations

Process and Productivity

  • Improve sales workflows, reporting templates, and administrative procedures on a continuous basis
  • Manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced international environment
  • Take on special projects as directed by the General Manager

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Minimum 3 years of sales operations or administrative experience in a professional environment
  • Strong written and spoken English for daily reporting and global collaboration
  • Proven experience in sales reporting, pipeline management, and sales analytics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Google Meet
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and perform under pressure

Preferred Background

  • Experience in the IT industry or within an international corporate environment
  • Familiarity with US or European corporate culture and global sales processes
  • Prior experience supporting a General Manager or regional leadership team
