A fast-growing provider of high-density liquid cooling and white-space data centre power solutions is expanding its EMEA sales leadership team — and we’re hiring the person who will run Europe.
Spencer Ogden has been chosen as the exclusive recruitment partner for a global business scaling rapidly across the UK & Europe. The company delivers high-density liquid cooling (HDLC), intelligent PDUs and related white-space infrastructure to MTDCs, colocation providers and enterprise data centres.
With major investment behind their AI/HPC-driven expansion plans for 2026, this is a pivotal leadership hire reporting directly into the VP Sales for EMEA.
The role offers an attractive salary, a comprehensive benefits package including a company car, and an uncapped OTE.
The Opportunity
You will lead the European Field Sales organisation and shape commercial strategy across the UK, France, Germany, Nordics, Italy and Spain. It’s a senior role with full visibility, ownership and the chance to build a high-performing team in a fast-growing part of the market.
