Sales Manager

A fast-growing provider of high-density liquid cooling and white-space data centre power solutions is expanding its EMEA sales leadership team — and we’re hiring the person who will run Europe.


Spencer Ogden has been chosen as the exclusive recruitment partner for a global business scaling rapidly across the UK & Europe. The company delivers high-density liquid cooling (HDLC), intelligent PDUs and related white-space infrastructure to MTDCs, colocation providers and enterprise data centres.


With major investment behind their AI/HPC-driven expansion plans for 2026, this is a pivotal leadership hire reporting directly into the VP Sales for EMEA.


The role offers an attractive salary, a comprehensive benefits package including a company car, and an uncapped OTE.


The Opportunity

You will lead the European Field Sales organisation and shape commercial strategy across the UK, France, Germany, Nordics, Italy and Spain. It’s a senior role with full visibility, ownership and the chance to build a high-performing team in a fast-growing part of the market.


What You’ll Lead:

European Sales Leadership

  • Lead, coach and grow a distributed sales team
  • Build HDLC, thermal and power-solution expertise
  • Drive disciplined activity, accountability and results

Strategic Growth & Market Development

  • Own revenue delivery for HDLC, CDUs, RDHX, iPDUs and related solutions
  • Build senior relationships with MTDCs, colocation and enterprise DC customers
  • Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for AI/HPC growth

Complex Technical Sales

  • Run multi-country commercial campaigns
  • Work closely with engineering, product, field service and operations
  • Position the company effectively in a highly competitive market

What We’re Looking For

Market & Technical Background

  • Experience in liquid cooling, thermal management or white-space DC infrastructure
  • MTDC / colocation customer exposure (not essential to have hyperscaler contacts)
  • Understanding of AI/HPC power-density and cooling requirements
  • Leadership & Commercial Capability
  • 10+ years B2B technology sales
  • 5+ years leading teams across Europe
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills

  • Comfort with imperfection: operates well without full structure or perfect information
  • Discipline: strong personal habits, follow-up and organisation
