Sales Manager – Data Centres
? Sydney, Australia ? Permanent ? Thermal & Cooling Technology OEM
A global leader in thermal management and heat exchanger solutions is growing its data centre commercial team across Australia and New Zealand. Backed by a major international PE fund, the company is supplying large-scale cooling infrastructure to some of the world's largest hyperscale campuses and is now looking to deepen its ANZ presence with a senior commercial hire.
The Opportunity
Australia is one of the fastest-growing data centre markets globally. National deployable capacity reached approximately 1,400 MW in 2025 and is projected to double by 2030. Rising rack densities – driven by AI infrastructure – are creating strong demand for advanced heat rejection and liquid cooling solutions. Our client is well-positioned to capture this growth and requires a commercially driven sales professional to own the ANZ data centre territory.

- Drive new business development by identifying, targeting, and securing data centre projects across hyperscale and colocation customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with DC owners and operators, design consultants, EPCs, and key mechanical contractors active in ANZ
