I'm working with a fast-growing specialist in European data centre interior fit-out company, delivering CSA solutions such as structural ceilings, internal walls, raised access floors, and hot aisle containment across Germany, the Netherlands, France, Belgium and Denmark.
The business has grown by more than exponentially in recent years and is now scaling its commercial capability further with clear ambitions to double again in the coming years.

The Job
As Sales Manager | Strategic Accounts (Europe), you will own and expand a portfolio of key contractors and partners in the European data centre ecosystem, winning business by turning trusted relationships into awarded interior fit-out projects.
You will focus on relationship-led accounts such as major contractors with strong Irish roots, alongside other leading data centre contractors and emerging high-potential partners across the region.
Day to day, you will be out in the field visiting sites, hosting and attending meetings, lunches, and events, representing the company at trade fairs, and following up consistently to turn conversations into live opportunities, quotes and awards.
Working closely with engineers, estimators and project managers, you will translate client needs into technically sound, commercially attractive CSA fit-out solutions and hand over awarded projects smoothly to delivery.
