Job Description:

As a Scheduler 2, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for a busy office environment. You will work closely with team members to ensure efficient and effective scheduling practices are in place.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the office calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure scheduling conflicts are resolved in a timely manner
  • Communicate with clients and vendors to schedule appointments and meetings
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and materials as needed
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience as a scheduler or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
