Scheduling Manager

We are hiring an experienced Senior Scheduling & Planning Manager to lead the planning and schedule management of high-profile data center projects across Iowa, Nebraska, and Texas. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing project schedules while driving alignment between internal teams, external partners, and client expectations.

This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels in Primavera P6, and has deep expertise in large-scale construction planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of scheduling and planning across multiple concurrent construction projects in assigned regions.
• Develop and maintain detailed, resource-loaded schedules using Primavera P6.
• Establish baseline schedules, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams to identify key milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Perform schedule risk assessments and provide real-time project visibility to leadership and clients.
• Produce high-quality reporting, including 3-week lookaheads, schedule updates, and earned value analysis.
• Mentor and oversee junior schedulers and planners on the team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Excel, and project controls platforms.
• Experience working with top-tier general contractors or owners on hyperscale projects.

Willingness to travel as needed based on project location
