The Opportunity

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you’ll lead the design and delivery of major building services projects from concept to completion. Working closely with clients and design teams, you’ll provide creative, high?performance solutions across diverse sectors while mentoring junior engineers and helping shape best practice standards.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead the electrical design process from concept to handover across multidisciplinary projects
• Champion innovation, quality, and sustainable engineering solutions
• Liaise directly with architects, project managers, and clients to deliver best?in?class systems
• Oversee technical documentation — specifications, tender packages, and reports
• Conduct site inspections, installation reviews, and design quality checks
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering continuous learning and growth

What you’ll bring:

• 6–8+ years’ experience within building services electrical design
• Degree in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline)
• Chartered or working towards Chartered status (CEng or equivalent)
• Strong technical grounding with detailed knowledge of IEC, IS, BS and EN standards
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Dialux, and design coordination software
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and client relationships
• A calm, confident communicator with a collaborative mindset and eye for detail
