Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a focus on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems to join our team in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing MEP projects and will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of MEP projects from conception to completion
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
• Ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on MEP systems
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and procedures
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in project management software
• PMP certification is a plus
