Job Description:

As a Senior Project Controls Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing project controls functions for large-scale construction projects. You will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project controls processes and procedures
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources
  • Analyze project data and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management
  • Lead a team of project controls specialists

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project controls for construction projects
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • PMP certification is a plus
