Snr Mechanical Engineer (Data Centres) 

Location: UK & Ireland

Pay Rate: Up to £65,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer with experience in data centres to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mechanical systems within our data centre facilities. This role requires a strong technical background in HVAC systems, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing mechanical systems for data centre facilities
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Performing site inspections and troubleshooting mechanical issues
  • Managing project timelines and budgets
  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in data centres
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, and fire protection systems
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering software
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
