Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee various construction projects in Long Island. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Manage project documentation and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders and provide updates on project status

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and best practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in project management software
  • Experience working on commercial construction projects
