Job Description:

As a UPW Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting Ultra-Pure Water (UPW) systems in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. Your primary duties will include monitoring system performance, conducting routine maintenance, and responding to equipment failures to ensure uninterrupted UPW supply to production tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on UPW systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures in a timely manner
  • Monitor system performance and water quality parameters
  • Coordinate with vendors for spare parts procurement and system upgrades
  • Document maintenance activities and update system records

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum Diploma in Engineering or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in maintaining UPW systems in a semiconductor manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of UPW system components and operation
  • Ability to read and interpret system drawings and schematics
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
