Job Description:

As a Business Development Analyst, you will act as a senior recruitment consultant, responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for the company. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive growth and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Create and deliver presentations to pitch products and services to potential clients
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic business plans

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
