The Senior Coordinator, Interconnection Engineering will primarily be responsible for managing projects after execution
of the Interconnection Service Agreement (ISA) through to Pre-Construction, reviewing distribution engineering study
reports/agreements from utilities, tracking project statuses, coordinating milestone payments with Accounting Team,
meeting internally and externally with decision-making stakeholders, providing deadline reminders to move projects
towards Pre-Construction status. This position plays a pivotal role in the department through development activities
across all distribution connected projects. The candidate will be responsible for completing the work either directly,
through internal or external resources.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
? Tracking project statues post-ISA as the subject matter expert.
? Responsible for the timely submission of interconnection agreements, and ongoing status updates.
? Coordination of Utility Interconnection Milestone Payments.
? Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date, correct and able to transition smoothly to the Pre-Construction
team.
? Review utility Interconnection Agreements, Power Purchase Agreements, and EPC agreements to ensure
interconnection design compliance
? Facilitate ISA updates as necessary with internal stakeholders and Utilities.
? Coordinate and lead external review calls with Utilities.
? Provide regular summary reports of project statuses to the wider Development team
? Support Development and Construction activities on site and perform on site visits as necessary to support the
project development.
? Review Interconnection Service Agreements, Instruct external engineering resources as necessary.

EDUCATION:
? Undergraduate (BS) Degree in Engineering or Sciences
? Registration as an Engineer In-Training (EIT) or qualified as a Project Management Professional (PMP)
? Driver’s License.
EXPERIENCE:
? A minimum of 2 years of experience in Distributed Generation
? A minimum of 1 year of experience creating or reviewing technical drawings/documents.
? Strong ability to plan, track and manage the development activities of interconnection applications.
? Self-motivated attitude with the ability to multitask and thrive in a timeline-driven environment.
? Analytical and mathematical mind, capable of evaluating and solving various problems.
? Strong knowledge of Microsoft office suite, Smartsheet, Adobe.
? Knowledge of various Utility application portals (PowerClerk, Connect the Grid, and others).
? Capable to interact effectively across organizational boundaries to achieve goals and meet deadlines.
? Ability to integrate both verbal and written communications with interpersonal skills.
? Interpersonal skills necessary to work within a cross functional team.
? Ability to represent the company well.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position is a hybrid office-based role with some travel and visits to other RWECE office and field locations. The
employee must be able to sit, walk, or stand for long durations of time.
