Title: Construction Manager
Location: Renton, WA
Rate: $64.66/hr
Job Description:
Construction Manager is responsible for managing/overseeing Lighting & Mechanical Retrofits at a large industrial facility.
Responsibilities are as follows:
Managing Safety protocols, Subcontractors, QA/QC, Site logistics, Procore Document Management, Daily Reports, 3-week look-a-head schedules, Stake Holder Meetings, & assignments as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must have experience in managing lighting and mechanical retrofits.
Must be detailed oriented and able to maintain an electronic construction document system.
Must demonstrate ability to organize and run a Stakeholders construction meeting.
Mid-Career Level - (5-7 years of Experience) Equivalent Years of Experience in Lieu of Education
