We’re seeking a dynamic Design & Construction Executive to lead and scale high-impact data center projects worldwide. As part of our executive leadership team, you will drive complex builds across multiple geographies, setting new benchmarks for speed, quality, sustainability, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end design and construction lifecycle of hyperscale data centers across multiple global regions.
Develop and execute strategic construction programs aligned with rapid scaling goals and industry-leading design standards.
Partner with internal stakeholders, global engineering teams, and Tier 1 contractors to deliver on aggressive timelines and budgets.
Drive innovation in modular builds, sustainable infrastructure, and energy-efficient design.
Oversee cost planning, risk mitigation, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
Manage large cross-functional teams across multiple projects simultaneously.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
15+ years’ experience in data center construction and design, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
Proven experience delivering hyperscale facilities for Big Tech (e.g., AWS, Google, Microsoft, Meta, Apple).
Strong global project experience, particularly in North America, EMEA, and APAC regions.
Deep understanding of critical infrastructure systems: power, cooling, network architecture, and security.
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into technical execution at scale.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
