Job Opportunity: Finance Executive

Location: Taipei, Taiwan

Reporting to: Senior Finance Manager

Type: Hybrid

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full set of accounts for multiple entities in Taiwan, including preparation of monthly management reports and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Prepare and submit financial data for Group reporting, including month-end analysis and cash flow reports.
  • Handle end-to-end accounts payable processes—invoice receipt, data entry, 3-way matching, and processing supplier payments in accordance with the company’s Delegation of Authority (DOA).
  • Maintain accurate supplier and customer records in accounting systems and process employee expense claims through Concur.
  • Develop cash flow forecasts to optimize working capital and support funding needs across the entities.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team on revenue recognition, tax invoicing, and accounts receivable management.
  • Support Corporate Finance in loan applications and preparation of documentation for banks.
  • Liaise with external service providers to ensure timely tax compliance, including VAT, withholding tax, and corporate income tax submissions.
  • Coordinate year-end external audit processes and ensure timely completion and sign-off of audit reports.
  • Contribute to special projects such as mergers and acquisitions, disposals, and financial due diligence as required.

Requirements:

  • Accounting degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably with exposure to Big Four accounting firms.
  • Proficiency in bookkeeping and accounting software.
  • Strong numerical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
