Job Description:

The Financial Analyst | Controlling and Planning will be responsible for analyzing financial data, creating financial reports, and providing strategic insights to support the company's financial planning and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions
  • Develop financial models and forecasts
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Prepare financial reports for management and stakeholders
  • Provide recommendations for improving financial performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and budgeting processes

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or controlling
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software
