Job Description:

As a Mechanical Design Engineer III specializing in Nuclear technology, you will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical systems and components for nuclear power plants. You will work closely with a team of engineers to ensure that all designs meet safety and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing mechanical systems and components for nuclear power plants
  • Ensuring designs meet safety and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborating with a team of engineers to develop innovative solutions
  • Performing calculations and simulations to validate designs
  • Creating technical documentation and reports

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in the nuclear industry
  • Proficiency in CAD software, such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD
  • Strong understanding of nuclear safety standards and regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
