Industrial Monitoring Expert (Electrical Inspector)

Job Opening: Expert Industrial Monitoring (ESI)

Join our INDUS team to ensure the monitoring of manufacturing and supply of classified and non-classified materials, while guaranteeing the quality and compliance of products delivered to projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Initial supplier qualification and participation in initial qualification activities alone or with a senior or team leader.
  • Factory surveillance and initial audits on manufacturing parts (evaluation of the ability to meet contractual requirements).
  • Inspection during and at the end of manufacturing.
  • Monitoring discrepancies and action plans, updating supplier mapping.
  • Participation in factory acceptance tests (reception on quality/compliance aspects - excluding technical aspects).
  • Participation in inspections and customer receptions.
  • Monitoring and control of manufacturing:
    • Leading supply and integration activities of classified materials.
    • Planning, monitoring, and controlling these manufacturing processes in coordination with Project Managers and logistics experts.
    • Managing schedules, validating production schedules, and updating factory schedules.
    • Communication on current and upcoming schedules.
    • Participation in the initiation of manufacturing processes.
  • Management of production batch processes (if applicable), including order placement, feasibility validation with factories, and communication on current and upcoming batches.
  • Leading production monitoring meetings and maintaining up-to-date schedules.
  • Review and transmission of manufacturing documents, updating production schedules, and ensuring the sustainability of qualifications.
  • Quality reception: Responsible for non-technical quality reception.
  • Documentation: Verify documentation associated with IG and OG productions across all projects.
  • Collaboration: Work with the INDUS team, project managers, and suppliers to ensure manufacturing performance.
