Electrical Mechanical Site Supervisor

Spencer Ogden are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor to support works within the Power and Energy sector on behalf of a leading engineering client at Dinorwig.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands on, proactive individual with Electricity Supply Industry construction experience to take a leadership role coordinating small site teams and driving safe efficient project delivery.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Site Manager, you will take the lead in coordinating teams across multiple work fronts, ensuring works are delivered on time, to the required quality, within cost and in full compliance with site QEHS standards.
You will also hold a strong duty of care for yourself and all personnel on site, ensuring safe working practices are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Work in line with all applicable QEHS procedures as briefed during site induction.
Lead assigned teams across various work fronts.
Forward plan upcoming works to ensure engineering information is available, plant and materials are on site, labour is coordinated and activities are deliverable to programme.
Operate within agreed project timescales and proactively flag potential delays.
Coordinate with other contractors and work parties to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
Capture delay and disruption against original scope where required.
Assist with project documentation and milestone deliverables.
Ensure task cards are completed on time and to standard.
Maintain accurate timesheets and expense submissions.
Experience Required
Apprentice trained with C and G or NVQ Level 3 in a relevant discipline plus minimum one year experience
or
Industry recognised training with minimum two years experience on Electricity Supply Industry construction sites, Power Generation, Oil and Gas or General Construction environments.
You must have demonstrable experience in mechanical and or electrical installation activities, working within a live power environment, monitoring Health Safety Quality and Environmental compliance and leading small site teams.
