Job Title: Project Manager – Onshore Wind

Location: Based in Manila or project sites across Calabarzon, Central Visayas, or Northern Luzon

Job Purpose

The Project Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of onshore wind development projects in the Philippines—from feasibility and permitting to procurement, construction, and handover. The role involves managing technical, commercial, and stakeholder aspects to ensure timely, safe, and cost-efficient project delivery.?

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of utility-scale onshore wind projects, ensuring compliance with environmental, regulatory, and safety standards.?
• Manage project budgets, risk assessments, and timelines from concept to commissioning.
• Oversee land acquisition, permitting, and grid connection processes in collaboration with local authorities.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders across engineering, procurement, and construction phases.?
• Support RFP and tendering processes: bid evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.
• Conduct site visits and implement progress monitoring and reporting.
• Manage project documentation, quality assurance, and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering (Master’s in Renewable Energy or Project Management preferred).
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in renewable energy, including at least 5 years in wind project management (onshore preferred).?
• Proven track record in project execution and stakeholder coordination in Southeast Asia or similar emerging markets.
• Familiarity with Philippine energy permitting, environmental compliance, and grid requirements.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• PMP certification is an advantage.
• Skills and Competencies
• Comprehensive understanding of wind energy technologies and infrastructure.
• Risk management expertise and ability to drive cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools.
• Excellent reporting and presentation capabilities.
