Role Overview
The Operations Manager will lead and manage supply chain-related functions including procurement, logistics, warehousing, and customer service. The role involves providing leadership in inventory management, logistic coordination, warehouse management, and operational process improvement within our distribution channels in Southeast Asia.
Responsibilities
• Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy in a distribution environment through third-party service providers.
• Optimize workflow within the Supply Chain and the customer service team while ensuring robust practices and processes.
• Identify process bottlenecks and problematic areas and implement solutions in a timely manner.
• Develop, determine, track, and report key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with commercial and finance teams to select the best vendors and distributors.
• Maintain and advance inventory forecasting and segmentation practices to optimize inventory management.
• Coordinate inventory audits and manage inventory reconciliation with third-party service providers.
• Evaluate and work with third-party service providers to ensure quality standards and cost-effectiveness.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to the regional team, including teams based overseas.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and provide constructive feedback.
• Build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.

Requirements
• Minimum 9 years in a similar capacity with supply chain/customer service operational experience.
• Hands-on experience in a management capacity leading a team of supply chain – logistics, procurement, warehousing, and customer service.
• Familiarity with supply chain processes and third-party service providers.
• Experience in formulating action plans, performance metrics, and inventory control for supply chain and customer service.
• Demonstrable experience of working with stakeholders in a positive and collaborative manner.
• Excellent leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
• Team player with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal skills across all levels, with the ability to influence colleagues and customers.
