A leading energy client is seeking a Permit to Work (PTW) Coordinator to support a major offshore windfarm pre-assembly project. This is a key role ensuring the safe planning, coordination, and execution of all site activities in line with CDM regulations and HSE best practices.
Permit to Work (PTW) Coordinator – Offshore Wind (Hybrid, Port of Nigg)
? 6-Month Rolling Contract | £200/day (Inside IR35)
? Location: Port of Nigg, Scotland | ? Hybrid Working
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the site-wide PTW system
Ensure compliance with statutory and client-specific HSE requirements
Review RAMS, isolations, and control measures
Lead PTW inductions and provide ongoing support to site teams
Requirements:
Proven experience in PTW coordination on large construction, marine, or offshore energy projects
Strong knowledge of CDM 2015 and UK HSE legislation
Experience with temporary works, SIMOPS, and contractor interface management
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Desirable:
NEBOSH certification or similar HSE qualification
Offshore wind or heavy lift yard experience
