Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Control Specialist III to join our team in Allentown. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing project controls and ensuring the successful completion of various projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to monitor project progress, analyze data, and provide recommendations to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project control processes and procedures
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources
  • Analyze project data and provide insights and recommendations
  • Prepare reports and presentations for project stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate project risks

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project controls or related field
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
