Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Controls professional with expertise in Procore software. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of project controls, including scheduling, cost management, and risk analysis, using Procore as the primary tool. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules using Procore software
  • Monitor project costs and provide regular reports to stakeholders
  • Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment on project controls processes
  • Provide guidance and training on Procore software to project team members

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project controls
  • Expertise in Procore software and other project management tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
