Project Development Senior Executive

Permanent Position - Remote Work in Thailand

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report to respective country representatives.
  • Lead the development of new wind farm projects from greenfield stage to construction and grid connection.
  • Conduct feasibility studies including site assessments, wind resource analysis, grid connection studies, and financial modelling.
  • Manage contractual relationships with landowners, vendors, and contractors.
  • Secure permits and approvals from government agencies and local communities.
  • Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Oversee environmental and social impact assessments to ensure projects meet international standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies and local communities.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in wind energy technology and regulations.

Requirements / Skills:

  • 3-5 years experience in wind energy project development.
  • Strong understanding of wind energy technology, grid connection, and financial modelling.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and delivering wind farm projects from concept to completion.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong cultural sensitivity and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English.
  • To be based in Thailand.
