Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate potential risks that could impact the project’s objectives, including financial, operational, regulatory, and reputational risks.
Develop and implement comprehensive risk management plans and strategies to mitigate identified risks.
Continuously monitor risk factors and provide reports to stakeholders on the status of risk management activities.
Collaborate with project teams and external partners to communicate risk management strategies and ensure alignment with project goals.
Develop and implement crisis management plans to address potential emergencies or unexpected events.
Conduct risk management training sessions and workshops for project teams to enhance risk awareness and preparedness.
