As a SEA Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing sourcing and procurement activities for a broad range of corporate and professional services across Southeast Asia. This includes categories such as Employer of Record (EOR/PEO), Tax, Finance, Leasing, Legal, HR, and related strategic service providers.


You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix, fast-paced, and highly dynamic organization, ensuring procurement processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with global business objectives. This role requires excellent communication, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple regions.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, with a strong focus on sourcing services categories (e.g., EOR/PEO, Tax, Finance, Leasing, Legal, HR, consulting services, etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end procurement processes including vendor screening, contract negotiation, and performance management.
  • Strong understanding of regional operations in Southeast Asia, ideally within the renewable energy, engineering, technology, or multinational sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions, seniorities, and culturally diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated success collaborating within a matrix organisation and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently, with strong attention to detail and commercial judgement.
